What is the difference between a General and a Special POA?

Can I notarize my documents online without visiting the court?
Yes. Through the Dubai Courts Smart Notary system, we can facilitate remote notarization via video call. You will need a valid UAE Pass (with an upgraded account) and your original Emirates ID or Passport to verify your identity during the recorded session.
Do my documents need to be in Arabic?
