Is it mandatory to have a physical office for a Dubai Mainland license?
Yes. Under the 2026 regulations, all Mainland companies must have a physical address registered with an Ejari (Dubai’s official lease registration system). While "Instant Licenses" may offer a one-year grace period, a physical space is required for visa processing and bank account openings.
How does my office size affect my employee visas?

What is an "Ejari" and why is it important?

Can I use a "Flexi-Desk" for a Mainland company?
Generally, Flexi-desks are a feature of Free Zone setups. For Mainland companies, the Department of Economy & Tourism (DET) usually requires a dedicated physical office. However, some accredited Business Centers offer "Sustainability Desks" or small partitioned offices that are DET-approved.
What are the "Market Fees" I see on my license voucher?
